Choose a meal that fits your gathering

For a dinner served in courses, start with private dining. For a relaxed meal around the grill, explore BBQ at the villa. Larger groups can discuss the menu and serving arrangement through events and gatherings.

Share the adults and children, dishes you enjoy and any dietary requests. Our sample menus offer a starting point. A traditional festive dish or premium ingredient is a request to discuss, rather than a dish promised in advance.

Check the villa before finalising the menu

Ask your host whether an outside chef can use the kitchen and whether access or service restrictions apply. Tell us about the hob, oven, fridge, preparation area and dining space. Current kitchen photographs can help us understand what is available.

For a BBQ, check whether working equipment is available. Our listed equipment rental and transport option is IDR 500,000 per booking when the villa has no BBQ equipment. Other equipment and additional staff are confirmed separately. The cost guide explains starting rates and extras.

Agree the meal time and preparation access with the team. If you prefer an outdoor table, discuss an indoor alternative with your host in case the weather changes. Special flowers, decorations and other requests should appear in the proposal if they are part of the plan.

Ask about your exact date and arrangements

Specify Christmas Eve on 24 December, Christmas Day on 25 December, New Year’s Eve on 31 December 2026, or New Year’s Day on 1 January 2027. Include the meal time and any flexibility.

Ask about availability once your dates and villa plans are taking shape. We do not promise a festive slot, fixed booking deadline or assumed holiday price. Availability, date-specific pricing and the final menu must be confirmed for your request.
